We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our legal team as a Contract Administrator.
- Review, analyze, and interpret various energy manufacturing contracts, including purchase orders, subcontracts, and service agreements.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms with vendors, suppliers, and customers, advocating for the company's best interests.
- Draft and finalize contract amendments and modifications.
- Track and manage contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Oversee the execution of contracts, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized contract records (physical and digital) for future reference.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, sales, legal) to ensure alignment and address any contract-related concerns.
- Maintain transparent communication with external vendors and customers regarding contract terms, updates, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure proper contract language and mitigate potential risks.
- Utilize knowledge of the energy manufacturing industry, including specific regulations, standards, and common business practices.
- Understand the technical aspects of energy manufacturing contracts and their impact on project execution and deliverables.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that may affect contracts.
- May assist with the development and implementation of contract management processes and procedures.
- May participate in contract audits and risk assessments.
- May support the procurement and sales teams in their respective contract-related activities.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a contract administrator or similar role in the energy manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel and Word.
- Experience with contract management software (e.g., Oracle Policy Automation, ContractPodAi) a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.

$70,000—$90,000 USD
