• Workflow and Escalation. Review submissions for completeness, identify missing information or deviations from established processes, and escalate legal questions, non-standard terms and material risks to the appropriate attorney or paralegal.

• Process Improvement. Work with Legal, Procurement, and other stakeholders to improve CLM workflows, templates, playbooks, reporting, and operational processes, including the responsible use of AI and automation tools to increase efficiency and expand team capacity.

• Reporting and Compliance. Prepare and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports regarding contract volume, status, aging, renewals, and other relevant metrics.

• Miscellaneous. Collaborate with legal and paralegal teams in other jurisdictions on cross-border assignments; support travel and meeting arrangements, scheduling, expense reports, and invoice processing; and support the Legal Director with cross-functional initiatives.
