Contract Administrator

As a Contract Administrator, you will support Service Order governance and contract administration processes that help ensure commercial agreements are accurate, compliant, and ready for execution. Your work enables efficient implementation, billing, and customer onboarding by maintaining the integrity of customer agreements and Service Orders.

You will partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing, and Post-Sales Operations to support accurate transaction processing and operational readiness.

• Review and validate Service Orders and sales transactions for completeness and accuracy.

• Verify Service Orders align with applicable Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

• Identify and resolve discrepancies involving pricing, dates, deliverables, and commercial terms.

• Support deal reviews by identifying documentation and operational issues before execution.

• Review contract documentation for impacts to billing, implementation, and service delivery.

• Partner with Finance and Billing to ensure agreements support accurate downstream processing.

• Maintain contract documentation, templates, and version control.

• Track Service Order accuracy, turnaround times, and operational exceptions.

• Escalate non-standard contract terms or documentation issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

• Recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

• Support testing and implementation of new contract administration tools and processes.

• You consistently produce accurate work and pay close attention to detail.

• You identify issues early and work collaboratively to resolve them.

• You communicate effectively across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations.

• You thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

• You manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.

• You look for opportunities to improve processes while maintaining compliance.

• You balance speed, accuracy, and customer service.

Required

• 3+ years of experience in Contract Administration, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a related field.

• Experience supporting Order-to-Cash or commercial operations.

• Experience reviewing contracts, Service Orders, or commercial documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.

Preferred

• Experience with contract lifecycle management or document management systems.

• Familiarity with billing operations, revenue recognition, or service delivery processes.

• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
