Key Responsibilities
- Record orders and ensure proper follow-up to satisfy the clients in their portfolio
- Conduct contractual reviews to reduce risks during order execution
- In coordination with the sales representative, communicate relevant information to clients (status of current orders, etc.)
- Perform client billing in accordance with the contract
- Update revenue recognition schedules in SAP
- Manage the monitoring of collections and client reminders for their portfolio in coordination with the sales representative
- Participate in weekly reviews of unpaid invoices
- Initiate and implement shipments to integrators and clients in collaboration with the logistics department
- Launch supply orders and ensure follow-up with production sites
- Serve as the interface with production units and plan the revenue plan within the scope of orders.
- Keep the customer database of the portfolio up to date
Required Qualifications
- License or bachelor's degree in international trade or logistics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar position
- Legal/contract management and financial knowledge
- Proven Experience in office software, in SAP ERP and specific knowledge of the SD and MM modules
