Contract Administration Manager

We are hiring a Contract Specialist to be responsible for supporting the preparation, evaluation, and execution of contracts and related legal documents. This role involves working under the direction of the Legal department to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

What you will be doing:

• Draft, review, and execute complex contracts in compliance with CSG contract preparation and approval processes.

• Work closely with senior team members to ensure compliance with established policies and legal regulations.

• Support the development of routine customer and vendor contracts, including statements of work, letters of authorization, and non-disclosure agreements.

• Take guidance from CSG attorneys and legal management on non-routine contracts, including third-party agreements, contract negotiations, redlines, RFPs, and special projects.

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate records.

• Maintain an organized repository of all CSG contracts in the company’s contract lifecycle management system.

You should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a similar field.

• Knowledge of contract law, terms and conditions

• Experience drafting contracts within prescribed templates and guidelines.  

• Proficient in English and Portuguese with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Spanish would be a plus

• Analytical and assessment skills including the ability to summarize results and conclusions concisely.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
