If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and bring strong organizational discipline, we'd love to hear from you.

AS A CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

    • Review, revise, interpret, and negotiate a broad range of low-risk procurement agreements, applying playbook guidelines to protect organizational interests.

    • Maintain and enforce compliance with existing contract terms and conditions, proactively identifying the need for amendments or internal approvals or escalations.

    • Oversee and maintain the contract repository, ensuring records are current, accessible, and audit-ready.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, communicating clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Lead and coordinate contract management projects with cross-functional teams, liaising closely with Project Managers to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.

    • Partner with Procurement and Legal to operationalize contracting frameworks, translating policy into practical, day-to-day workflows.

    • Train, counsel, and provide guidance to management, global business units, and sales and marketing teams on contract management requirements, standards, and best practices.

  • Process Improvement & Systems

    • Manage and improve the Contract Management System (CMS), addressing issues and driving enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.

    • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard contract templates, clause library, playbooks that streamline and accelerate the contracting process.

    • Conduct gap analyses between existing systems, policies, procedures, and business activities to identify opportunities for process enhancement and risk reduction.

    • Manage competing priorities and internal SLAs in a dynamic, high-velocity environment, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and thoroughness.

    • Ability to use approved AI tools and technology(ies) to add value and efficiency to processes

OUR IDEAL CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR WILL HAVE:
