The Role

KONE Door Business (KDB) dispose d’un fort potentiel grâce à l’excellence de ses opérations, à la haute compétence de ses équipes et au dynamisme de son marché.

Nous recherchons actuellement un Business Controller, basé au siège à Noisy-le-Sec (93), à 20 min de Chatelet (métro Coteaux Beauclair Ligne 11)

En tant que Business Controller, vous accompagnerez les principaux responsables opérationnels ainsi que le Directeur Financier dans le pilotage et le suivi de la croissance et de la performance de l’activité. Vous veillerez à ce que les activités de KDB soient conformes aux normes comptables du Groupe et aux instructions en vigueur. Le rôle consiste également à analyser et à revoir les données afin d’améliorer les processus financiers et opérationnels. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la construction des KPI, permettant à l’entreprise de se concentrer sur la croissance, la rapidité, la productivité et la rentabilité.

1. Business Partnering & Vision Stratégique

  • Développer une compréhension approfondie des opérations, des processus clés et des leviers de performance.
  • Innover dans les approches analytiques pour soutenir la stratégie de croissance et suivre les plans d’action.
  • Analyser les tendances de marché, les segments clients, les dynamiques de cycle de vie et la productivité commerciale.
  • Fournir des analyses financières actionnables pour soutenir la résolution de problèmes et la prise de décision.
  • 2. Pilotage de la Performance Financière
  • Garantir la conformité aux normes IFRS et aux règles comptables locales lors des clôtures mensuelles et du reporting.
  • Suivre et maîtriser les coûts centraux.
  • Assurer l’exactitude du reporting de gestion (volumes, P&L, éléments de bilan, trésorerie, effectifs, ratios d’activité).
  • Analyser la performance hebdomadaire et mensuelle, en expliquant les écarts vs budget, prévisions, année précédente et tendances historiques.
  • Collaborer avec les agences et les fonctions support (ex. achats, logistique) pour assurer le suivi des actions correctives.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus et à l’optimisation des outils.
  • Produire analyses et rapports dans le respect strict des délais.

3. Planification & Prévisions

  • Participer activement aux processus budgétaires et de prévisions.
  • Identifier et anticiper les risques et opportunités impactant la performance financière.

4. Collaboration Transversale & Amélioration Continue

  • Soutenir l’équipe Business Controlling et Finance dans l’amélioration de son efficacité et de sa performance.
  • Maintenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes et les équipes financières pour partager les bonnes pratiques et suivre les évolutions du métier.
  • Élargir son périmètre de responsabilités en fonction des besoins de l’activité.

Profil

  • Minimum 4 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Bachelor ou master en finance (ou domaine connexe)
  • Connaissances comptables de base
  • Francophone avec bon niveau d’anglais
  • Expérience en services B2B multisites (installation/maintenance = atout)
  • Maîtrise des ERP (ex. SAP), des outils de reporting et de consolidation (Beacon, Hyperion) et environnements BI et Excel et aptitude à déployer de nouveaux outils digitaux
  • Esprit analytique, sens du détail, rigueur
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais
  • Autonomie, curiosité, proactivité dans la résolution de problèmes
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et relationnel
  • Capacité à automatiser les processus pour améliorer l’efficacité

We are looking for a Business Controller based in the HQ in Noisy le Sec (93)

As a Business Controller you will support key business leaders and the Finance Director in driving and monitoring the business growth and performance by providing financial insight. Ensures KDB business activities are conducted in accordance with Group accounting standards and instructions. The purpose of the role also consists in analyzing and reviewing data to improve the flow of business and financial processes. Plays a key role in building KPIs, enabling the business to focus on growth, speed, productivity, profitability.

1. Business Partnering & Strategic Insight

  • Develop a deep understanding of business operations, key processes, and performance drivers.
  • Innovate in analytical approaches to support growth strategy and monitor action plans.
  • Analyze market trends, customer segments, lifecycle dynamics, and commercial productivity.
  • Provide actionable financial insights to support problem‑solving and decision‑making.

2. Financial Performance Management

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards during month‑end closing and reporting.
  • Monitor and control central costs.
  • Guarantee accuracy of managerial reporting (volumes, P&L, balance sheet elements, cash, headcount, KPIs).
  • Analyze weekly and monthly performance, explaining variances vs budget, forecast, previous year, and trends.
  • Collaborate with branches and functional teams (e.g., purchasing, logistics) to follow up on corrective actions.
  • Contribute to process improvements and tool optimization.
  • Deliver analyses and reports within strict deadlines.

3. Planning & Forecasting

  • Participate actively in budgeting and forecasting cycles.
  • Identify and anticipate risks and opportunities impacting financial performance.

4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the Business Controlling and Finance team in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and finance colleagues to share best practices and stay aligned with evolving trends.
  • Expand responsibilities as needed to adapt to changing business requirements.

Profile

At least 4 years in a relevant position, you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or a related field and possesses foundational accounting knowledge.

Fluent in French with solid English level you have an experience in multisite B2B services, installation, or maintenance sectors is a plus.

Good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), reporting and consolidation tools (e.g., Beacon, Hyperion), and BI/Excel‑based analytical environments.

Analytical mindset, manage pressure, shows autonomy, curiosity, and proactive problem‑solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, continuous improvement oriented.
