Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an industrial setting
- 1+ years of utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and practices
- Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing principles and facilitate continuous improvement
- Experience facilitating Kaizen and 5S events and training employees
- Demonstrated leadership potential, teamwork ability, and excellent interpersonal skills
