Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an industrial setting
  • 1+ years of utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and practices
  • Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing principles and facilitate continuous improvement
  • Experience facilitating Kaizen and 5S events and training employees
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, teamwork ability, and excellent interpersonal skills
