Global Continuous Improvement Manager
Are you passionate about driving change across a global organization? Join our Continuous Improvement and Change Enablement team within the Process Automation business area and play a pivotal role in shaping ABB’s transformation journey.
We are open to candidates based in Sweden (Malmö or Västerås), Germany (Minden or Mannheim), Poland (Krakow), or Czech Republic (Ostrava, Pilsen) able to work in Hybrid work model.
Lead strategic and cross-functional Continuous Improvement (CI) and transformation projects aligned with global business goals.
Coach and mentor teams on Lean Six Sigma and CI methodologies (DMAIC, A3, PDCA, Kaizen).
Drive process optimization and measurable performance improvement.
Design and implement effective change management strategies to foster adoption and engagement.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build CI capability across diverse functions.
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across regions and functions (R&D, Operations, Product Management, HR, etc.)
10+ years of experience in CI and change management in a global environment.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and strong coaching experience.
Proven success in both leading and coaching improvement projects.
Demonstrated change management expertise (ADKAR or equivalent).
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies.
Fluent English
