Specific Job Responsibilities

Background and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). Degrees or Advanced Degrees with an emphasis on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence considered a plus.
Experience: 3–5 years applying CI / process improvement in manufacturing, service, or operational environments; experience leading small projects/workstreams.
Certifications: Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt preferred (or in progress).
Required Skills

Ability to build basic business cases, define KPIs, and track benefits.
