Independently support and lead small improvement projects or workstreams across manufacturing and/or service operations.

Facilitate Kaizen activities, analyze performance, and implement solutions that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer experience.

Nature of the Job:

  • Lead small improvement projects (A3/charter) and facilitate Kaizen events.

  • Analyze root causes and recommend countermeasures; support pilots and rollouts.

  • Develop and update standard work, process documentation, and training.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing and service networks.

Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Lead small projects using A3/PDCA/DMAIC.

  • Facilitate Kaizen workshops and implement improvements.

  • Develop visual management, standard work, and training materials.

  • Track KPIs and validate benefits with stakeholders.

  • Structured problem solving; facilitation; stakeholder engagement.

  • Project management fundamentals; data-driven decision making.

  • Change adoption and sustainment mindset.

  • Utilize Six Sigma, lean tools and techniques, or other methods to gather and analyze data, develop action plans and implement solutions to achieve cost savings and product function improvements.

  • Communication in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of the business.

Background and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).  Degrees or Advanced Degrees with an emphasis on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence considered a plus.

  • Experience: 3–5 years applying CI / process improvement in manufacturing, service, or operational environments; experience leading small projects/workstreams.

  • Certifications: Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt preferred (or in progress).

Required Skills

  • Facilitation of Kaizen events and structured problem-solving (A3/PDCA/DMAIC).

  • Ability to build basic business cases, define KPIs, and track benefits.

  • Working knowledge of quality tools (FMEA basics, control plans, mistake-proofing).

  • Strong stakeholder engagement across operations, quality, engineering, supply chain, and finance.

  • Self-directed planning, prioritization, and time management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable working in shop floor, repair center, or field service environments as required.

  • Process and leadership-oriented mindset.

  • Meeting facilitation and training skills required.

This is a full time permanent position based in KEZAD Free Zone, Abu Dhabi on hybrid working basis.
