Position Description and Purpose:

Key Essential Functions/Duties:
- Facilitate and lead improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools.
- Partner with business units to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable solutions to address performance gaps.
- Train and coach employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.
- Monitor and report on project outcomes, including cost savings, productivity gains, and quality improvements.
- Support the development and deployment of standard work, visual management, and performance metrics.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through engagement, communication, and recognition.
- Collaborate with leadership to align CI initiatives with strategic goals and KPIs.
- Maintain documentation and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.
Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process engineering.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities.
- Experience with CI tools such as value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC, and PDCA.
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management software.
