Position Summary:
Responsible for driving operational efficiency and excellence by identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on challenging the “status quo” by optimizing workflows, reducing waste, and improving quality using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, while instilling a culture of continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
- Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor results.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure process performance and improvement impact.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote continuous improvement practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project outcomes and ROI.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures and best practices.
Core Competencies:
- Process Improvement Expertise: Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
- Data Analysis & Metrics: Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions.
- Project Management: Skilled in planning, executing, and monitoring improvement projects.

For this role, the annual base pay generally ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, with the final offer determined by variable factors including but not limited to market location, job-specific knowledge, skills, education, and experience. In addition, your total rewards package may include an annual discretionary bonus plan, incentive or sales bonus plan, or other form of additional compensation, based on your role.
