 The Continuous Improvement Engineer improves efficiency, productivity, and quality across 
manufacturing, logistics, and service operations by removing waste and optimizing processes. Use data analysis, modeling, and human‑centered design to create safer and more cost‑effective workplaces. The role includes developing standards, analyzing workflows, designing layouts, and implementing control systems while partnering with cross‑functional teams to meet quality and safety goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop work methods, labor standards, and control systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and use of 
resources.
• Design systems that support worker safety, satisfaction, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Process Analysis & Layout Design
• Review current schedules, workflows, and operations to find bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve performance.
• Create layouts for facilities, material flow, and staffing that support smooth and effective operations.
• Conduct time studies and analyze data to build cost models, staffing plans, production standards, and financial forecasts.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), turning data into clear, actionable insights that support decision making and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• Work with cross functional teams to define requirements, implement changes, and establish standards to ensure products meet expectations.
• Coach teams on Lean principles, A3 thinking, root cause analysis, six sigma and value stream mapping.
• Support the rollout and governance of CI programs and ensure results, accountability, and compliance across supply chain operations.

WHAT YOU NEED
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt certification preferred.
• 1+ years’ of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or similar roles.
• Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, and working with stakeholder at all levels.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret KPIs to guide decisions.
• Experience supporting CI governance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to see the broader vision and develop long-term improvements plans
• Uses data and problem-solving techniques to drive decisions.
• Understands how processes and function interconnect across operations.
• Leads teams through new processes, transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Possesses strong attention to detail.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Raises issues and concerns promptly.
• Documents and presents work in a clear and concise manner.
• Works independently with minimal direction and oversight

Skills Required

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
