Job Description
Continuos Improvement Engineer
Objective
Implement the Kraft Heinz Management System strategy, understanding, training and coaching in the methodology, model, structure and tracking. Implement continuous improvement inside the productive and administrative process aligned to Kraft Heinz Management System The person in this position will be a coach and facilitator to the rest of areas in terms of methodology and frame of work related to Kraft Heinz Management SystemS and is the first reference to solve questions or situations in terms of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement and Kraft Heinz Management System.
The good communication and team player are key elements in this position to ensure the correct implementation of the projects.
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate training for Kraft Heinz Management System implementation.
Give tracking to achieve the implementation of Kraft Heinz Management System plan, dates and activities
Populate the Kraft Heinz Management SystemKHMS Board daily.
Ensure that DPM Meeting is happening daily.
Coordinate Portion Meetings and actions to ensure the improvement in OEE and Yield for the TRIO Lines.
Measure, control and improve the OEE and Yield for the portion.
Responsible for implement CI, and Kraft Heinz Management System for the portion.
Responsible for visual factory and shopfloor management inside the portion
PDCA and RCA Implementation and tracking
Knowledge & Experience
Education: University Engineer. Bachelor
Experience: 1 year in terms of Continuos Improvement.
Languages: English, Spanish
Lean Six Sigma: Yellow Belt desirable.
Location: Costa Rica, San José, Pavas.
