- Develop deep process expertise in assigned areas, including chemistry, equipment operation, process limitations, cost drivers, yields, and usage
- Partner with manufacturing sites to implement operating discipline and continuous improvement principles using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies
- Lead and support cost‑saving initiatives, including feasibility assessment, conceptual cost analysis, and technical risk evaluation
- Teach, mentor, and coach teams in the effective use of continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- Represent the technical team in project meetings, influencing data‑driven decisions and adherence to committed timelines and cost targets
- Analyze process and performance data to identify root causes, define corrective actions, and drive sustainable improvements
- Manage CI projects within your area of responsibility, ensuring delivery of defined and measurable results
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of business objectives
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering required
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence
- Strong experience with Lean Six Sigma, Operational Discipline, OEE, or similar CI frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Advanced problem‑solving, analytical, and data interpretation skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by project needs
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Experience with tools such as Minitab and ChemCad process modeling
