BSH was founded in Germany in 1967 as a joint venture of Robert Bosch GmbH and Siemens AG, becoming 100% owned by the Bosch Group in 2015.
We have grown significantly since our inception over 50 years ago.
Initially, we were a German exporter, but we've evolved into one of the world's leading home appliance manufacturers with around 40 factories worldwide.
Our product portfolio includes large home appliances such as cooktops, ovens, extractor hoods, dishwashers, washers, dryers, fridges, and freezers.
We also offer small home appliances like vacuum cleaners, espresso machines, and other kitchen appliances.
- Problem solving using methodologies such as: 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, DMAIC, 8D or related.
- Follow-up to problem solving projects and delivery of results according to the established KPIs.
- Lead problem solving projects from start to finish, provide updates and present the results to upper-management.
- Collaborate with internal departments by leading projects, and contributing with other areas to find effective solutions to problems.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in problem-solving roles/projects for production.
- 3+ years of experience in Shaining Red or Black Belt.
- Hands-on experience with 8D.
