As part of our expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join its team in Mesa, Arizona. This role will support manufacturing operations in embedding Lean thinking and the XNRGY Management System (XMS) across all shifts at the Mesa 1 factory.

An overview of your responsibilities:

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator drives Lean thinking into daily manufacturing operations to improve performance and sustain continuous improvement. This role supports the deployment of the XNRGY Management System (XMS), builds capability within frontline teams, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement through structured coaching, training, and Kaizen activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lean & XMS Deployment

  • Execute and support the coordination of the implementation of the continuous improvement strategy – XMS (XNRGY Management System) across manufacturing operations and all shifts at Mesa 1.

  • Develop and ensure compliance with the XMS master plan.

  • Help embed Lean into processes, leadership behaviors, and governance.

  • Support development of the XMS roadmap and strategy.

  • Promote the daily follow-up and usage of the Management System through XMS KPIs (HSE, Quality, Productivity, People Development, and Cost).

Coaching, Mentoring & Capability Building

  • Support team members, team leaders, and supervisors during deployment or integration of new Lean–XMS tools.

  • Mentor frontline leaders during their learning curves, identify skills to be developed, and build structured development plans.

  • Assess acquired knowledge and track progress in capability development.

Training & Change Management

  • Develop and lead training required for deployment of Lean strategy, tools, and processes.

  • Collaborate with responsible departments to support improvement initiatives, including communication planning.

  • Support activities related to Lean tools and standard work implementation.

Continuous Improvement & Kaizen

  • Promote and facilitate improvement during Kaizen activities.

  • Support cross-functional problem solving and structured improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business or related field preferred

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with Lean or continuous improvement exposure

  • Hands-on experience supporting operational performance improvement is an asset.

Key Competencies / Skills

  • Proficiency in Lean tools for operational performance improvement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, planning, teamwork, and autonomy.
