Gathers data for key performance indicators for functions being reviewed, evaluates current state, and proposes future state goals and objectives. Measures results of implemented improvement strategies and modifies continuous improvement programs in response. Assists in the development and delivery of continuous improvement related training programs.

Key Responsibilities
· Analyzes existing processes with focus on identifying gaps, unnecessary steps, and other barriers to success.
· Provides recommendations to streamline, reducing time and error rates.
· Tests and implements process improvements in collaboration with customer.
· Revises process documentation and trains organization in new process.
· Modifies process over time with continuous evaluation.
· Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
· Requires regular and punctual employee attendance.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Basic understanding of general business processes.
· Solid working knowledge of subject matter within business framework.
· Keen communications skills – both written and verbal; demonstrated ability to provide mentorship and coaching to customer.
· Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); ability to produce information in spreadsheets, documents, forms, tables, and presentations.
· MS Visio, Access, and Project a plus.
· Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional skills in customer service.
· Strong organization skills, detailed-oriented, and ability to work on multiple projects.
· Excellent interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization.
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, coworkers, and customers (internal and external.)

· Ability to develop workflows, process documentation, flow charts, and procedure documentation.

Education and Experience:
· Minimum of three years of experience leading Process Improvement projects.
· Minimum one year of experience in an operations environment required.
· Minimum one year of experience in metrics analysis required.
· Bachelors with process improvement experience, or equivalent business experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Travel:
· No more than 20% travel.
· No more than 3 times per month.

· This job is generally performed indoors, in a professional office environment.
· Occasionally works outdoors and may be exposed to weather extremes conditions that include inclement weather, heat, cold, and humidity.
· May be exposed to high noise levels and areas with inadequate or bright lighting.
