Job Title: Continuous Improvement Analyst
Reports to: Sr. Industrial Engineer
Location: Mooresville, IN
The Role
The Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes in the IN Distribution Center. Existing processes will be documented, analyzed (root cause), and made more effective/efficient by working with all associated team members. The qualified candidate will need to regularly work root cause analysis and decision making independently before bringing solutions to management. Direction, priority, and status of all work will be maintained on the Tracker by the individual.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Maintain all current activities on continuous improvement tracker. . Document, analyze, and provide recommendations for process improvements throughout the warehouse. Provide leadership, tracking, and follow-thru to completion for all active projects. Provide communications for all projects to all stakeholders. Work with all stakeholders performing work (including testing) needed to complete all active projects. Advanced knowledge of multiple warehouse systems is necessary to complete testing across all DC departments. Ensure all necessary personnel are thoroughly trained through management of the DC Trainers.
Who You Are
Experience working with measurements, time studies, data collection for the development of labor standards. Project management experience within DCs and/or Logistics or equivalent. Experience coordinating multiple departments to complete an objective. Experience working with task management tools to document work progress.

- Ability to lead people.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. (Project a plus)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills. (Bilingual/Spanish a plus)
- Advanced level capability in EBS and WMS platforms. (Prefer Oracle & HighJump)
- Ability to accurately measure process capabilities. (Existing vs future)
- Advanced operational process analysis skills
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work multiple projects simultaneously.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in pertinent discipline or comparable experience.
- Broad experience base working in a distribution center and systems. (Operations)
- Experienced supervisor of people
