The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Contingent Workforce Program Lead to help lead operations for our growing contingent workforce program. This role supports daily program management, drives process improvements, and partners with HR, Procurement, Legal, IT, CWPMO to ensure seamless contractor engagement. Reporting to the Head of the Contingent Workforce PMO, you’ll help create efficient processes, develop clear policies, ensure compliance, and manage an internally led program.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Manage all aspects of the contingent workforce lifecycle for diverse worker type, ensuring alignment with global program standards.​ 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring manager and stakeholders, providing guidance on workforce solutions, policy interpretation, and staffing strategies; drive an outstanding service experience for all stakeholders.​ 

  • Oversee day to day operations with a focus on compliance 

  • Drive continuous program improvement by tracking key performance metrics, identifying risk factors, and implementing mitigation plans.​ 

  • Establish and manage relationships with third-party staffing suppliers, negotiating agreements to achieve quality and cost targets.​ 

  • Ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements specific to contingent labor across India, partnering proactively with Legal, Procurement, HR, IT, and CWPMO teams. 

  • Regularly report to the CWPMO team on program health, onboarding process, opportunity for improvement, and key risk indicators and mitigation. 

What we need to see: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 

  • 5+ years of project management experience in contingent workforce programs, preferably in rapidly scaling, global environments.​ 

  • Knowledgeable of contingent workforce classifications, contract management, and region-specific legal compliance. 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills 

  • Proven experience in vendor negotiation and supplier management. 

  • High attention to detail; ability to conduct compliance audits and maintain meticulous program records. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.​ 

Ways to stand out from the crowd: 

  • Experience with VMS tools (Beeline preferred), Workday, Coupa, and Docusign is a plus. 

  • Level 1 and 2 Beeline Certification 

  • Proficiency with dashboards, Excel, and other data visualization tools.
