- Identify and select the best talent for Junior and mid – level position for India and implementing talent performance based recruiting methods within the team.
- Coordinate and scheduling for interviews , releasing offer and hand holding till the employee is ready for on boarding
- Partner with Business leads to understand the staffing needs and deliver to the same in a timely manner
- Meet the hiring timelines and SLAs
- Participate in Campus recruitment drives
- Maintain a robust database of CVs for all positions worked upon.
- Prepare hiring Reports
Conduct base level screening of candidates
