Position Overview

As the Website Manager you will own the website strategy for Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) and optimize the online experience to grow market share across our construction segments. The ACS team helps bring the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to market and works to articulate value, vision, and go to market strategy for our global web properties.

In this role you will develop and scale our web strategy, support programs to drive awareness and adoption of ACC, identify and implement opportunities for growth and be responsible for reaching our core website goals (https://construction.autodesk.com/). This role will also partner with a large cross-functional group to bring individual initiatives to market on the web.

This role can be done remotely from anywhere in North America.

Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and execute "site-impact" Web projects that improve site impact and experience

  • Prepare, host, and manage Steering Committee and prioritize site-impact projects
  • Own and execute 4-6 projects per quarter that improve website goals
  • Track performance metrics of site-impact projects to inform future work and optimization



Enable global stakeholders to use website self-serve, and support content creation to align content to strategy

  • Create optimized presets, patterns, and guidelines for all page types to streamline page creation experience for new page content
  • Create documentation and communication channels to empower global content owners to own content creation
  • Develop sustainable processes to manage international content across multiple stakeholders



Manage and streamline website prioritization & content creation process to execute bold, impactful projects within expectations

  • Standardize roadmap/intake and content creation process to manage bandwidth, including dev team, and complete projects on time
  • Host regular web metric check in meetings to influence prioritization
  • Advocate for the roadmap to incorporate bold, creative solutions so that we do not default to "how things are now"



Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years as a website marketer with the ability to build roadmaps that make an impact and drive revenue
  • 3+ years of SaaS marketing experience
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization (especially working across marketing and sales) and leading cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Influential, collaborative, and inquisitive
  • Ability to both work independently and to advocate for support from centralized marketing organization



Preferred Qualifications

  • Construction industry experience is an advantage , but not a requirement
  • Experience working for a global company
  • Familiar with UI/UX best practices to deliver a high quality customer experience
