Video Editor/Motion Graphics Artist - Charlotte, NC or Remote

Townsquare Ignite is seeking a Video Editor to join our Creative Services team. This person is a video editing and motion graphics machine. You will be creating video advertisements for clients across the country to run on streaming tv, social and other digital platforms. You should be able to take instructions and direction from Creative Strategists and turn it into an immaculate finished video product. This includes using stock footage and photos as well client-provided assets to create a finished product that should drive consumer action. Ability to take feedback and revisions to get client approval is vital. This is a high volume position creating assets for clients all across the country so you will need to have a very keen sense of detail, exquisite video editing and motion graphics skills and ability to work with very short deadlines. Ability to organize and finish a daily queue of work is a must. 

Responsibilities:

• Finish a daily queue of tickets needing video assets created 
• Use stock footage, stock photos, and/or client-provided assets to create compelling video advertisements to run across a variety of digital platforms
• Receive requests for revisions and execute within a timely manner to secure client approval
• Work with Creative Director team to execute video projects within given deadlines
• Enforcing digital and creative best practices

 Background Knowledge

• Principles of effective video creation for digital advertising campaigns
• Mastery of video editing
• Expertise in motion graphics
• Programmatic ad experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry/agency experience
• Expert level experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop (additional Adobe Suite programs a plus)
• Strong knowledge in overall graphic design principles including typography, color, and motion
• Ability to produce high volumes of quality work under tight deadlines
• Unparalleled attention to detail
• Ability to take written instructions and provided assets and make a fantastic and effective video
• Candidates must send a reel and/or portfolio when they apply
