ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Technical Writer requiring a Public Trust located in Silver Spring, Maryland. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and presenting IT statistical or technical
information.

As the Technical Writer you will be a part of the Science and Research Business Unit.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must possess demonstrated ability to acquire and present IT statistical or technical information.
• Manage complex technology manuals or publication in research,
  statistics or academia.
• Experience writing or editing environmental and/or scientific
  material in marine and aviation environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Professional Technical Communicator
• CompTIA Security+
• ITILv3
