Sr. Digital Content Manager

The Sr. Digital Content Manager is responsible for the overall strategy of developing and delivering digital content and the execution of that strategy. The person in this role will work with content creators, product managers and other key stakeholders to identify, manage, and structure engaging and contextually appropriate digital content and taxonomies for the entire portfolio of EnlivenHealth products and solutions. The candidate should be a creative leader who is passionate about digital content and its critical role in the overall customer experience. A healthcare background experience is a plus for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and organize all product-related digital content (user guides, quick reference cards, demo videos, training material, interactive media, etc.).
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to assess ongoing needs.
  • Coordinate with product managers and release management leaders to maintain a calendar of content updates.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of digital content deliverables.
  • Develop processes related to the intake of content requests, the development and review of content, and the delivery of content.
  • Review digital content and occasionally assist the team in producing digital content.
  • Audit and inventory digital content to identify gaps in quality, compliance, standards and branding.
  • Lead efforts to identify new content/communication opportunities, repurposing existing content, and surface other creative ways to create more meaningful user experiences and efficient processes.
  • Lead efforts to continuously improve digital content, including mining user data, research industry trends and conducting competitive assessments.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of digital content guidelines, standards, tools, and processes.
  • Responsible for managing the EnlivenHealth LMS System in conjunction with all other applications used to manage or store digital content.


Key Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated writing skills, with focus on clear, concise communications to target audience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with software development processes.
  • Solid project management abilities.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and customer-facing teams.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years' experience of managing content strategy
  • Conversant and comfortable with principles of design, writing and editing for various media (print, online, video, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare related experience.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

  • Travel requirements: up to 25%.
