Overview

Intuit's Consumer Group team is seeking a well-rounded Senior Content Strategy Manager, to focus on Mint, the #1 personal finance app. This Senior Content Strategy Manager will work on a world-class Marketing & Communications team to ensure the success of our current and future content and marketing strategies.

In this role, you'll work closely with heads of internal and external communications to ensure cross-publication message alignment, guide strategic content decisions on digital platforms, and apply analytics to measure impact of content and inform decision making.

  • Demonstrated success with defining, implementing, and optimizing a content strategy
  • Strong knowledge of creating and developing content optimized for SEO and conversion
  • Experience with deep cross-functional collaboration across a wide array of functions with a natural ability to collaborate well with others and thrive when a part of a team
  • Systems thinker with strong project management skills and familiarity with project tracking tools and approaches
  • An exceptional portfolio of work showcasing B2C and consumer storytelling and ability to translate product benefit to consumer value.
  • A willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly



How you will lead

  • Work with Mint and Intuit content teams to develop an effective and innovative content strategy 1 to 3 years out based on customer insights, product/company roadmap, brand initiatives, core strategy, etc.
  • Work with Mint Marketing & Communications leaders to define a content strategy that fulfills the company's goals and objectives across all channels and performs against all benchmarks.
  • Build and define content taxonomy, metadata framework and assist with technical integration of content in product
  • Drive cross-channel content collaboration; and create and manage a centralized editorial calendar across channels mapped to business objectives, key announcements, and events.
  • Make Mint ubiquitous in the Intuit ecosystem - serving the millions of users, members and customers of Intuit's brand portfolio and platform.
  • Work with the Mint analytics team to track and use data to measure and improve effectiveness of content, and report regularly at Mint and Consumer Group Marketing & Communications leadership meetings.
