Enablement Content Developer
As a GTM Enablement Content Developer at Okta, Inc., you will play a critical role in building out the enablement team’s learning experience infrastructure. We see this role as an opportunity to contribute greatly to the company’s culture of learning and actively influence the way sellers experience enablement. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to conceive, develop, and produce high-quality, pixel-perfect digital deliverables that support impactful enablement programs while working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create sales-facing content to enable prospect- and customer-facing teams including cheatsheets, FAQs, decks (presentations), one-pagers, web pages, various length learning videos, audio recordings, and bitmap and vector images
- Contribute to the ideation and creative concept development of enablement program streams including training, communications, and events
- Create and curate training source assets and asset library; manage maintenance, revision, and review cadence.
- Work directly with enablement and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to prioritize content deliverables.
- Make use of “raw” business artifacts, i.e., user stories, recorded demos, technical documentation, to guide role-appropriate materials in partnership with enablement program managers.
- Deliver End User training, managing all Training logistics, including facilities scheduling, requesting and tracking Super User / Project Team participation, execution, and follow up surveys
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience developing digital assets and deliverables
- 2+ years training content development experience in a global enterprise organization
- Experience working with sales enablement, sales operations, or marketing teams
- Strong ability with creative suite applications, i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator; and Google; video editing software such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro productivity suite, i.e., Docs, Slides, Mail, Sheets; and learning content creation and publishing tools, i.e., MindTickle, Rise360; and modern work management applications, i.e., Asana, Slack, and just about anything in a browser.
- Clear and effective communication
- Undergraduate degree in related communication-related study, e.g., journalism, graphic design, or relevant experience
- Familiarity with instructional design processes and methodology is preferred.
(Colorado, New York and Washington only*) Minimum salary of $78,000/year + bonus, commission, or variable comp (depending on role) + equity + benefits)
