Lead Creative Producer
About the roleÂ
We are looking for a Creative Producer with experience working on a range of brand work across social, design, campaigns, partnerships, and products. In this role, you will focus on scaling brand work and support the new creative vision as we grow. You will manage all aspects of production, overseeing delivery, including planning, scoping, team staffing, strategy, production oversight. You’ll report to the Head of Creative, and will be joining a founding team with the opportunity to build out production methodologies.
This job cannot be performed in the state of Colorado.
In this role, you can expect to
- Manage campaign development across multiple mediums (including video, photography, and motion content) from concept to launch
- Advise internal and external teams on production costs in order to delivery high quality, on-brand work for the most efficient timeline and budget
- Identify potential creative and production vendors Chime can partner with
- Submit vendor contracts to our legal team for review, including SOWs, appearance releases, and licensing contracts
- Act as the main point of contact and Chime representative for vendors
- Work closely with compliance to incorporate disclaimers and address notes as needed
- Manage and communicate complex production timelines to cross-functional partnersÂ
- Story produce video deliverables with compliance and creative mandatories in mind
To thrive in this role, you have
- 6+ years of production experience at an agency or in-house production team.
- Proven experience managing complex timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Â
- A passion for creativity and commitment to staying up to date with current and future trends.
- Experience with various types of production and scales of production, including imagery, live-action, interviews, CG/VFX, animations, illustrations, and motion graphics.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and launches with calm and ease.
- Strong portfolio and breadth of knowledge across varying types of motion content from small to large campaigns.
- Passion for creating compelling campaigns for our current and prospective Chime members
