As a Community Content Manager for Chainlink Labs, you will be responsible for owning and developing the community content strategy. You will serve as a key player of the Community team, driving strategy and execution of all things content, knowledge, and resources. You’ll help us build and promote a continuous stream of timely, relevant, and curated content to ensure that Chainlink users are supported in a self-service environment.

Your Impact

• Create and execute content calendar to increase community awareness and engagement
• Institute global content creation, management, and publishing processes that scale 
• Work cross-functionally to discover, curate oversee, and publish content and resources ensuring consistency and quality 
• Oversee content creation and guidelines consistent with our brand voice, style and tone
• Create a multi-channel approach to community content including but not limited to blogs, YouTube, and events. 
• Track, measure and analyze the effectiveness of content and content distribution channels

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in producing content in various mediums and channels including blogs, websites, text, video, images, and gifs 
• Well crafted storyteller at heart
• You have a reputation for being community focused, creative, energetic, and empathetic
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and publishing skills
• Blockchain content creation experience
