Your Career
In this role, you will work alongside the Sr. Director of Americas Places to drive the communications strategy that connects our employees through our physical spaces, digital platforms as well as our community events. You will drive awareness, engagement and retention within the regional employee base, as well as support employee communication initiatives at a regional and global level.

You love finding new ways to engage our vibrant communities and collaborating with creatives from all backgrounds to bring PANW’s offices, culture and values to life through inspiring, strategic content. You’re energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively tackle strategic initiatives and immediate business needs, whilst always putting the employee at the heart of what we do. You’re a strong conceptual thinker and self-starter with a background in branding, marketing, graphic design, communications, and/or hospitality.
Job Description
Your Impact
Support employee and operational requirements with a robust regional cross-channel communication strategy for the our physical spaces, services and experiences
Devise and execute strategies to drive awareness, engagement, experience and return on investment against new spaces, F&B, wellness programs and community events across the region
Concept, create and deploy employee-facing content and communications that showcase our spaces and benefits; subcontract with copywriters and video producers to execute work as needed
Work closely with the global internal communications, branding and marketing teams to ensure consistent and on-brand messaging across global business touch points - including weekly and monthly employee communications strategy and content
Oversee printed collateral and on-site messaging to employees
Work closely with the Director of People Communication and Social Media teams on content for regional workspaces to feed into the global social media content
Manage community engagement and moderation of Places owned social platforms
Spend a portion of your time on the floor across our locations, spending time with employees, supporting the Operation, answering employee inquiries and driving our Places digital content
Project Management & Reporting
Lead multiple projects at a time, responsible for concept through delivery (including, content assets, event series, promotional videos, signage, artwork etc.)
Keep projects on track, manage personal workflow, schedules, and deadlines
Ensure quality control of copy outputs including proofreading and editing—ensuring flawless execution of materials
Actively maintain the Places content calendar as part of our overall communications planner
Educate team members and creative partners on our mission and standards to ensure clarity and consistency across all communications
Monitor and analyze performance (engagement/impressions) to advise team on strategic decisions to meet department goals
Qualifications
Your Experience
5+ years’ relevant experience in-house at a brand-forward company
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related visual communication design field preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in planning and briefing email marketing and CRM campaigns
Excellent analytical skills and confidence in manipulating data in Excel and other tools
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Travel necessary
Experience and background in a hospitality or subscription business a plus
Experienced with motion graphics and After Effects
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Slides
Candidates must submit a proper portfolio in order to be considered for the position

If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $154,800/yr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
