We’re looking for a Content Writer with prior experience in email marketing, who can own email communication across campaigns while also supporting other content needs across marketing. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to write for the inbox—crafting messages that get opened, read, and acted on—while remaining versatile enough to contribute to blogs, product messaging, PR content, and ad copy when required.
You’ll work closely with growth, product marketing, and design teams to create clear, persuasive content that supports engagement, conversions, and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Write and optimize copy for email campaigns, nurture sequences, newsletters, product updates, webinars, and reactivation efforts.
● Craft compelling subject lines, preview text, and CTAs aligned with campaign goals.
● Tailor messaging based on audience, funnel stage, and use case.
● Review and refine email content based on performance metrics such as open rates, CTRs, and engagement.
● Write and edit blogs and thought-leadership content (SEO-friendly where applicable).
● Support PR content, ad copy, product, and landing page copy focused on clarity, positioning, and conversion.
● Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content types.
● Work closely with design, SEO, and product marketing teams to align content with visuals and user journeys.
Requirements:
● 1-2 years of experience as a content writer with hands-on email marketing experience.
● Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused email copy.
● Experience working on email sequences, campaign emails, or lifecycle communications.
● Comfortable writing across multiple formats beyond email.
● Strong command of tone, structure, and messaging for professional audiences.
● Familiarity with email platforms such as HubSpot or other marketing tools.
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Nice to Have:
● Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, automation, or enterprise technology.
● Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
● Awareness of email best practices and deliverability considerations.
