We are looking for a creative Content Writer and Editor to join our dynamic Content and Engagement team. If you are a content craftsperson and have a talent for turning complex ideas into clear, compelling content, we want you on our team.

As a Content Writer and Editor, you’ll be the voice behind our clients’ content, crafting engaging, high-quality copy that connects with key audiences. Whether writing for websites, blogs, social media, print, email campaigns, or education materials, you’ll help translate complex information into content that’s easy to understand, accessible, and engaging. Working closely with the content strategists, creatives, SEO experts, marketing technologists, and web developers, you’ll play a key role in bringing our clients' stories to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Content Creation: Write and edit clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content for a variety of traditional and digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, print, email, and so on
  • Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and style of each client, maintaining consistency across different channels
  • Research & Insights: Conduct thorough research on key topics, trends, and target audiences to create informed and relevant content
  • SEO Writing: Collaborate with the SEO team to write optimized content that ranks well on search engines, balancing keyword strategy with readability and engagement
  • Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and contribute fresh content ideas for campaigns, digital assets, and editorial calendars
  • Content Adaptation: Tailor content for different platforms, ensuring copy is optimized for specific audiences and mediums, from long-form blog posts to snappy social media captions
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content strategists, creatives, and digital marketing teams to create cohesive and visually compelling content that complements the overall strategy
  • Content Quality Control: Proofread and edit content to ensure it is error-free, accurate, and compliant with industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, regulatory requirements)
  • Content Formats: Contribute to a variety of content formats, including written copy, video scripts, infographics, and other multimedia content to enhance audience engagement

Ideal Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience as a content writer, copywriter, or content creator, preferably in healthcare or a related field
  • Proven ability to write engaging, clear, and grammatically correct copy for multiple formats and platforms
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience writing optimized content that performs well in search
  • Ability to turn complex information and concepts into compelling, relatable content that connects with target audiences
  • Strong research skills to ensure content is accurate, well-informed, and relevant to the audience’s needs
  • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, SEO, etc.)
  • Meticulous attention to detail when it comes to grammar, tone, voice, and fact-checking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
