Job DescriptionEVENT CREATION AND LIVE SCHEDULING
- Monitor automated event creation and publication processes, creating or publishing events manually when required.
- Prepare and maintain the live sports event schedule in collaboration with the Live Trading team.
RESULTS AND BET SETTLEMENT
- Oversee automated results processing and bet settlement, manually process results and make necessary corrections using official sources.
SPORTSBOOK CONTENT AND SERVICES
- Check the availability and accuracy of event dates and times, streaming coverage, scoreboards and statistics across web, mobile and retail channels.
INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
- Analyse operational issues and collaborate with Trading, Risk and IT teams to support their resolution.
INTERNAL SUPPORT
- Assist Customer Service and other operational teams with enquiries relating to sports events, results, bet settlement and refunds.
KEY SKILLS
