Key Responsibilities
Ready to own your content game? Here’s how you’ll shine as our Content Strategist for LATAM:
- Set the Strategy: Develop and own our posting strategy across LATAM markets, targeting a minimum 15% engagement rate on content within six months.
- Content Calendar Boss: Keep our weekly LinkedIn posts, blogs, and customer articles on track and aligned with Topsort’s marketing goals.
- Lights, Camera, Action!: Create and post at least two short-form videos weekly on LinkedIn, tracking metrics and optimizing content based on performance.
- Data-Driven Wizardry: Dive into analytics to refine strategies and ensure our content delivers results.
- Collaborator Guru: Work closely with sales and product teams to craft killer sales enablement materials and regionalized documentation.
- Industry Connector: Build relationships with regional influencers and media outlets to amplify our voice.
- Event Powerhouse: Develop promotional content for LATAM-specific events, webinars, and campaigns.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a superstar who’s ready to make an impact:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (with excellent grades).
- 3+ years in content strategy, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English skills (Portuguese is a bonus).
- Proven success creating high-engagement content campaigns in LATAM markets
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Experience with CMS, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
- Deep understanding of LATAM cultural nuances and consumer behavior.
- B2B content creation experience
