Russ Morgan and Joey Muré built a podcast, then a movement, teaching people how to create passive income and take back control of their money. No boardroom. No brand consultants. Just a message that hit a nerve.

Every week their words turn into scripts. Every script turns into a video. Every video is often someone's first time hearing that there's a different way to think about money.

The problem: Russ and Joey can't be the source of every script forever. We need someone who can sit across from them (virtually), ask the right questions, and turn their answers into scripts that sound exactly like them, without either of them writing a word.

We're Hiring ONE Content Strategist & Scriptwriter. Not a Freelancer. Not a Ghost.

You'll work directly with our content and marketing team, and here's the job: keep the idea pipeline full and the scripts flowing.

Specifically, you will:

• Build and maintain a running list of “trigger questions” — the exact questions that pull the stories, numbers, and opinions our audience needs to hear
• Get those questions in front of Russ, Joey, and the wider team — on calls, in async recordings, however it takes — and pull real, usable answers out of them
• Turn those answers into fully written, ready-to-record scripts for long-form content (podcast-style, YouTube) and short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Sit in on team meetings and planning calls as a real participant, not a note-taker. You're expected to have opinions on what's working and what's not
• Write in two distinct voices, Russ (direct, numbers-driven, competitive) and Joey (warm, relational, faith-first), and never mix them up
• Manage posting the finished content to our platforms and keep the publishing calendar moving so nothing sits finished and unposted
• Keep everything grounded in how our audience actually talks. Pull language straight from real conversations, not from what sounds good in a vacuum
• Bonus points: bring real knowledge of passive income investing and the Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), so you're not just transcribing, you understand what you're writing well enough to catch when something's off

Who Should NOT Apply. (Read This Twice.)

• If you write from a one-line prompt and never ask a follow-up question, do not apply.

• If you've never had to make someone else's answers sound like their own voice instead of yours, do not apply.

Who SHOULD Apply.

The writer we want asks a second and third question before the first answer even finishes.

They can sit across from two very different people, one analytical, one relational, and know exactly whose voice they're borrowing when they write.

They treat every "here's a topic" like the beginning of an interview, not the whole brief.

And when a script goes out under Russ's or Joey's name, nobody can tell it wasn't their own words in the first place.

The Non-Negotiables.

• Fluent written AND spoken English. This is a wall, not a hurdle.
• 2+ years writing scripts for long-form and short-form video (podcast, YouTube, Reels, TikTok, Shorts). Writing samples or produced scripts required. No samples, no conversation.
• Comfortable running or joining live interviews and meetings to extract answers. This is not a “send me a brief” role.
• Can hold two distinct voices on the page without them bleeding into each other.
• Experience actually posting and scheduling content across platforms, not just handing off a script and walking away.
• A real process for turning a raw answer or transcript into a finished, ready-to-record script, not just “I'll wing it.”
• Tight deadlines and a weekly/monthly publishing cadence don't rattle you.
• Based in Latin America with fast, reliable internet and a real home setup.
• Available during core Central Time hours for team calls and interviews.

Nice to have: hands-on knowledge of passive income investing, the Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), or personal finance content; podcast or interview production experience; a background asking good questions for a living (journalism, sales discovery, coaching).
