• You’ll shape the stories that define how millions of users experience and connect with BJAK.

• Your storytelling will influence how people understand, trust, and remember our brand.

• You’ll bring consistency to narratives across campaigns, social content, and product communication.

• You’ll help build a content engine that blends storytelling with impact and performance.

Story Development & Content Creation

• Craft compelling stories, narratives, and content across social media, campaigns, landing pages, and product touchpoints.

• Develop storylines, scripts, and storytelling angles that engage, inform, and inspire audiences.

• Translate complex ideas into simple, relatable, and human-centered narratives.

Content & Scriptwriting

• Write scripts and story-driven content for short-form videos, social media, and podcast-style formats.

• Create engaging captions, hooks, and dialogues tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.

Creative Collaboration

• Partner closely with designers, video producers, and marketing teams to bring stories to life across formats.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, content series, campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.

• Ensure storytelling remains cohesive, authentic, and aligned with BJAK’s voice.

Trend & Audience Insights

• Stay attuned to cultural trends, audience behaviors, and evolving content formats.

• Identify storytelling opportunities that resonate across different markets and communities.

• See the world through stories and naturally turn ideas into engaging narratives.

• Understand what makes people pause, feel, and connect with content.

• Can adapt your storytelling style—from emotional and human to informative and structured.

• Move fast, iterate quickly, and enjoy building ideas from concept to execution.

• Think beyond content—you care about impact, engagement, and audience connection.

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, storytelling, copywriting, or related creative roles (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome).

• Strong storytelling ability across formats—social media, scripts, short-form content, or campaigns.

• Understanding of digital platforms, audience behavior, and content trends.

• Ability to develop ideas and shape them into clear, engaging narratives.

• Excellent command of English (Malay is a plus).

• A portfolio showcasing storytelling, scripts, or creative content work.

• Experience in video storytelling, podcasts, or multimedia content.

• Familiarity with storyboarding or creative direction.

• Passion for media, culture, storytelling, or entertainment.
