You’ll be the voice behind the scenes—curating engaging content, bringing creative ideas to life, supporting photoshoots, and making sure every digital touchpoint feels fresh, on brand, and meaningful for our customers. This role reports to the Art Director, Marketing.
What You’ll Be DoingContent Creation + Management- Source, organize, and manage digital content across our website, ecommerce platform, and social channels.
- Ensure all content is visually strong, up to date, inclusive, and aligned with our brand’s tone and style.
- Maintain and organize a digital content library to keep assets easy to find and ready to use.
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop ideas for photoshoots, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help craft mood boards, content briefs, and early visual concepts.
- Provide feedback on imagery, videos, and other visual content to support brand consistency and quality.
- Support photoshoots and video productions by helping guide creative direction and styling.
- Assist in achieving the visual look and feel needed to bring campaigns and product stories to life.
- Deliver content across social media, ecommerce, email marketing, and blogs with attention to platform specific best practices.
- Optimize content for engagement, accessibility, and SEO.
- Work closely with marketing, product, design, and ecommerce teams to align content with broader campaigns and product stories.
- Coordinate content updates and new launches to ensure seamless execution across channels.
- Track content performance using Google Analytics, social insights, and ecommerce metrics.
- Share clear, data driven recommendations to help strengthen future content strategies.
- Stay current on fashion trends, digital content innovations, and competitor activity to keep our storytelling fresh and relevant.
- Familiarity with fashion trends and a genuine passion for the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to produce engaging fashion focused content (e.g., social posts, graphics, blog content).
- Examples of creative projects that highlight storytelling or branding strength.
- 2–4 years of experience in content management or a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Fashion Design, Art, or a related creative field.
- Experience with digital asset management tools (e.g., Bynder, SharePoint).
- Exposure to influencer collaborations or social media strategy.
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Final Cut Pro.
