What you’ll bring to the team

  • Ability to manage multiple content initiatives across different formats and stages of the funnel
  • Data-driven mindset: comfort working with performance metrics and dashboards, ability to back up content decisions with data and user insights, interest in learning from experiments and applying those learnings to future iterations, desire to understand the full-funnel picture.
  • End-to-end ownership mentality and proactive collaboration with Product Managers, UX Designers, Web Developers, and Data partners.
  • Creativity, passion for content marketing, and bringing the latest content trends and technologies into CRO projects.

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, content, copywriting, or growth-related roles
  • Hands-on experience working with performance-oriented or conversion-focused content
  • Background in growth marketing, CRO, or experimentation is a strong plus.
  • Basic Figma experience is a bonus, but not required.

What’s in it for you

  • A flexible work environment that empowers you to do your best work
  • A culture that celebrates performance
  • The chance to make an impact in a team that’s big enough for career growth, but lean enough to make your voice heard
