You should love both the strategy behind great marketing and the hands-on work that brings it to life.The Content Strategist shapes brand messaging, contributes to campaign direction, and brings creative ideas to life through social media, email, video, and web, and campaign content. You’ll help create B2B marketing content that builds trust and drives engagement, ensuring Conservice’s brand voice stays cohesive, elevated, and aligned with business goals.

This is a full-time remote role, though candidates should be within driving distance of our Salt Lake City or Logan headquarters for in-person meetings and events. 

Responsibilities Include:
  • Writing and editing long and short form content, including blog articles, email campaigns, landing pages, social copy, video scripts, thought leadership content, and campaign messaging that supports brand and business objectives.
  • Social media planning and execution across platforms, including campaign support, employee advocacy initiatives, and brand storytelling.
  • Creating original content, visuals, and short-form video that reflects the Conservice brand voice and engages target audiences.
  • Translating complex industry topics into clear, engaging content tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Supporting events, campaigns, and brand initiatives with strong storytelling and creative thinking.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to support marketing initiatives and maintain a cohesive brand voice.
  • Bringing fresh creative ideas to campaigns, content series, and audience engagement opportunities.
  • Keeping an eye on trends, platform updates, and evolving content best practices without chasing every internet fad.

  • A steady pipeline of fresh, on-brand visual assets, including photography and short-form video, and blog content that supports ongoing marketing needs.
Preferred QualificationsQualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, copywriting, or creative marketing roles for B2B audiences
  • Located within driving distance of our Salt Lake City or Logan headquarters.                         
  • strong writing portfolio demonstrating versatility across tone, format, and audience needs.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and content scheduling/project management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered content and productivity tools, with the ability to effectively prompt, refine, and leverage AI to support ideation and workflow efficiency.
  • The ability to independently organize, edit, and produce high-quality content without overreliance on AI-generated outputs.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Experience with photography, short-form video, or digital asset creation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic SEO principles preferred.
