You will:
Do content planning in collaboration with the team: topics, formats, timing, and tone across channels;
Own and execute Civitta's social media presence (with strong focus on LinkedIn): publishing, performance tracking, and campaigns;
Spot trends and formats, and turn them into relevant ideas for Civitta's markets;
Occasionally work beyond social: website content, landing pages, and other digital platforms;
Create or adapt visuals for posts (Canva / Figma / similar is totally fine).
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in social media or digital marketing;
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, including paid campaigns;
Fluent English (written and verbal);
Fast execution: idea → draft → publish without endless overthinking;
Genuine interest in business and consulting topics: you don't need to fake enthusiasm for the content;
Self-driven, comfortable working across different geographies and teams, and not afraid to challenge how things are done.
