We are a global leader in the supply chain execution market, focused on accelerating the transformation of digital supply chain for industrial and finished goods shippers and carriers by combining best-in-class solutions for challenges tied to yard management, shipment visibility, and asset management, across rail, truck, and multi-mode transportation.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content & Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for crafting compelling content across multiple platforms and managing our social media presence to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support marketing goals. This is a full-time position located in Chennai, India.

Responsibilities
  • Social media execution & optimization
    Execute and continuously optimize social media programs across LinkedIn and Twitter/X, ensuring alignment with global marketing priorities.
  • Content creation (including video)
    Develop engaging, high-quality content including short-form videos, graphics, and written posts tailored to platform best practices and audience needs.
  • Content calendar ownership
    Manage and maintain the global social media content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing aligned with campaigns, product launches, and key business initiatives.
  • Performance tracking & insights
    Monitor and analyze social media performance (engagement, reach, conversions), and provide actionable insights to improve content effectiveness and campaign outcomes.
  • Campaign & pipeline support
    Partner with demand generation and marketing teams to support campaign amplification and contribute to understanding social media’s impact on pipeline performance.
  • Marketing technology support
    Support the use and optimization of social media and marketing tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, analytics dashboards), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Social listening & trend analysis
    Monitor audience engagement, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform content ideas.
  • Cross-functional collaboration
    Work closely with product marketing, PR, and campaign teams to ensure aligned messaging and coordinated content delivery.
  • Community management
    Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner.
  • Content repurposing & amplification
    Translate long-form content (blogs, webinars, case studies) into compelling social formats and support promotion of events and key announcements.
  • Marketing Technology Operations
    • Support day-to-day running of the Marketing Tech Stack, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LeadForsenics, etc. under the guidance of the Demand Generation and Digital Marketing leads
    • Support maintaining analytics dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar) that give Marketing and Sales visibility into web performance, lead volume, and funnel conversion
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Entry-level role; 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, content creation, or a related area preferred.
  • Highly motivated individual, who accepts challenges, continually innovates, and learns
  • Good in analytical and logical reasoning
  • Strong written communication skills, ability to plan work, and report progress against plan
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
