Job Description

As the Content and Social Marketing Manager, you will be the face of Linqia on social, and responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that reflects our leadership in the influencer marketing industry. You’ll create engaging and fun content - both written and video - to use in blogs, emails, social, and more. You will be part storyteller, part content expert, using data and best practices to grow our audience and increase brand visibility.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the content strategy by developing and executing integrated content strategy that establishes Linqia as leading influencer marketing agency
  • Be the face of Linqia as the primary creator, scripting, shooting, and editing engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll lean into the fun and humorous side of our brand while ensuring our value prop remains clear
  • Own weekly long-form content, bringing in that same fun and humorous tone to our written content across our blog and emails
  • Use data to monitor content performance, identify areas for improvement, and iteratively refine content strategies to grow our audiences and expand reach
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Sales, and Production to identify content opportunities
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure consist publication and engagement, optimizing for lead generation and follower growth
  • Serve as the internal expert on emerging content trends and best practices
  • Write compelling copy for various platforms

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in social/content marketing
  • Proven experience developing and executing content programs
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization best practices
  • Hands-on experience with social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok), marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, hold yourself accountable to deadlines, and work at the speed of culture
  • Currently located in the San Francisco Bay Area & able to come into our office +2 days a week.

  • Experience with Paid Social
  • Familiar with Hubspot, Canva, Wordpress
