As a Content Scout & Acquisition Specialist at QforMedia, you will discover exceptional artists and audiovisual content from around the world and turn those discoveries into valuable opportunities for Quantastic. This is a role that blends proactive discovery with deal-making, your mission is to actively find, negotiate and secure the content that fuels the channel.
We are looking for someone results-oriented with strong sales instincts, who also happens to be curious and resourceful in exploring social media and creative communities. You know how to pitch a proposal, handle objections and close an agreement, spotting great content is only half the job.

About the JobYou will actively search for creators across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and other creative communities, evaluating both the creator and the content - visual impact, originality, quality, audience appeal, portfolio depth and fit with the Quantastic brand.
Once a strong opportunity has been identified, you will locate the original creator, establish contact, negotiate usage terms and maintain an organized record of the relationship and available content.
You will work closely with Content Specialists, Project Managers and the production team to ensure scouting is aligned with upcoming themes and content needs.
As a Content Scout & Acquisition Specialist, you will:Contact artists, pitch the Quantastic proposal, and negotiate and close usage terms and permissions.
Build long-term relationships with high-value creators to secure recurring content.
Proactively search for creators and work with assigned leads.
Identify fresh, original and high-value content across social platforms and creative communities.
Assess whether an artist's work fits Quantastic's audience and formats.
Identify which products and content formats each creator is best suited for.
Verify content ownership and locate original creators.
Maintain accurate records of contacts, permissions, restrictions and available content in HubSpot.
Collaborate with Content Specialists and Project Managers to support upcoming productions.
Share relevant discoveries, trends and new opportunities with the team.
Track how acquired content performs post-publish to refine sourcing criteria.
Improve scouting, acquisition and CRM workflows over time.
