Content QA Team Lead (World of Warships, PC)

Wargaming is looking for а Content QA Team Lead to work on World of Warships PC in our Belgrade office. The Content Testing Team specializes in the visual part of the game. They test and integrate ships, maps, ports, skins, lootboxes, sound, captains, etc., to give the game uniqueness and quality. They carefully test and optimize each element to ensure players get an immersive and visually appealing game experience.

• Help the team improve their performance, and constantly improve the testing coverage and quality of 3D and 2D content.
• Organize constant and stable value delivery of the 3D and 2D content in the project.
• Continuously optimize workflows and methods.
• Motivate and coach the team.
• Assist Product Owner in prioritizing, planning, and managing risks.
• Testing in-game content: models and scenes, visual and sound effects.
• Giving feedback to the 3D and 2D Art teams via bug tickets.
• Develop and maintain testing documentation.
• Perform manual functional, regression and analysis of autotest results.
• Design test plans, test cases and prepare test environment.
• Cooperating and communicating with different teams inside the project.

• 1+ years of experience in leading QA teams.
• 3+ years of testing experience.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, efficient testing strategies, and modern best practices.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Experience with bug tracking systems.
• Experience with Testrail, Allure, or others.
• Experience in developing test scenarios.
• Decision-making skills.
• Coaching and employee motivation skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
• Readiness to work in our Belgrade office (Serbia). 

• Good skills in visual quality examination of scenes and 3D models.
• Experience in game testing.
• Game experience.
• Advanced Russian.
