About the role:
Working within a dynamic team, you will create and implement test plans and procedures based on specific project documentation. This will involve review and comprehension of functional requirements.
You will also be responsible for test creation, execution, ensuring software bugs are reported and tracked according to QA life cycle procedures. You will be significantly contributing to design, develop, execute and maintain test suite for content production team (which is responsible for creating catalogues).

Main Responsibilities:
- Understand product specifications and functionality.Understand catalogue creation and their consumption in point of sales system.
- Create test plan(s) for the assigned product component(s).
- Design, document and execute test cases /test runs.
- Perform exploratory, system, integration and regression testing and automation tests.
- Bug reporting and monitoring the bug life cycle.
- Participate in meetings and interact with content production team.
- Fix verification. Prepare test reports.
- Prepare checklists and ensure those are being followed.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Master of Computer Science.
- Total QA Experience: Around 1-2 years.
- Experience in manual testing desktop or web-based systems.
- Experience in writing scripts and using testing related tools.
- Thorough understanding of testing methodologies and concepts like test levels (integration testing, system testing, UAT etc.), test types (Functional, non-functional etc.), regression testing etc.
- Excellent communication skills (internal and client communication)
- Nice to have – Experience in interior design domain.
- Nice to have – writing code using automation tools like Selenium or desktop-based automation tools.
- Nice to have – Experience in working within an Agile development model.
- Nice to have – Exposure or knowledge of CAD systems.
- Nice to have – Certification in software testing.
- Nice to have – Azure DevOps, bug life cycle knowledge.
