The Content Publishing Specialist is the primary architect of the user-facing record experience. This role manages the technical transformation of data and serves as the central hub for the publishing lifecycle. They act as the primary point of contact for upstream teams to coordinate fixes and are responsible for the initial triage and escalation of tool-related issues.

What you’ll do…

  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met for diverse data collections, particularly focusing on Department-wide completion and launch dates.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues with SQL templates and database tables, and clearly documents and escalates tool-related issues to the Content Support team with necessary technical context.

  • Upstream Feedback & Coordination: Leads communication with teams that handled the data prior to the publishing stage. Manages the intake of corrected data and executes the republication of collections.

  • Peer Support: Assist in answering questions, troubleshooting issues the team experiences, and conducting rigorous peer reviews of teammates' handoffs.

  • Process Discipline: Adheres strictly to complex, multi-environment workflows where the order of operations is critical to ensure data integrity and prevent publishing issues.

  • Team Upskilling: Assists in training other team members, ensures technical documentation updates occur promptly.

  • Workflow Innovation: Design and implement innovative methods to optimize production workflows and support scalable content growth with assistance from AI tools and writing new MySQL procedures.

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position: $20.90 - $26.13 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision.
