Job Overview:

LPL Financial Research is seeking a Content Production Analyst to join its Research department. The Research Experience Analyst supports the delivery of high-quality, branded investment content to a broad audience of advisors and the public. This role is responsible for executing content workflows, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and maintaining brand standards across all published materials. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and collaborates effectively across teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience. You will work closely with additional groups at LPL to ensure the department’s market-facing messaging is published in a timely and consistent manner.

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end content publication workflows, ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time. The individual will edit, proofread, and publish investment content in alignment with brand standards, compliance requirements, and established style guidelines, maintaining a consistent voice across all deliverables. They will coordinate closely with compliance teams to submit content for review and incorporate feedback, while guiding materials through multiple approval and publishing stages. Success in this role requires strong self-direction and initiative, with the ability to operate effectively with minimal guidance and drive work to completion. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high volume of work without sacrificing quality, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional partners to support seamless content delivery and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field 
  • 0–2 years of experience in content editing, publishing, communications, or a related field 
  • Experience proofreading and editing written content for accuracy, grammar, and consistency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including formatting and document editing

Core Competencies:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet established deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (e.g., compliance, marketing, product)

Preferences:

  • Investment research and/or investment product knowledge preferred
  • Experience with financial services writing/editing is a plus
  • Familiarity with structured review and approval processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to style guide frameworks (e.g., AP Style or internal brand standards)
  • Experience supporting high-volume content workflows or production environments

 

Pay Range:

$69,731.00 - $116,184.00
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
