The Content & PR Coordinator will join our Corporate Marketing team in Harrisburg, PA, playing a key role in elevating and strengthening our brand presence. This individual will support strategic marketing initiatives across content development and public relations, reporting to the Marketing Content Manager and collaborating across teams and business units.

Content & PR Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing PR and media research (industry trends, journalists, outlets, competitor coverage, speaking opportunities)
  • Build and maintain target media distribution lists
  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media alerts, and award submissions
  • Support media outreach and relationship building (pitching, follow-ups, tracking responses)
  • Monitor and report on media coverage, press performance, and brand mentions
  • Assist in developing thought leadership content
  • Write and schedule social media content
  • Repurpose content across channels (e.g., PR → social → blog → sales collateral)
  • Support creation of sales enablement materials
  • Help manage and update content calendars across PR, blog, and social channels
  • Conduct content and keyword research to inform blog and digital strategy
  • Coordinate logistics for press opportunities, events, and announcements
  • Track and report on content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), primarily for social and PR
  • Maintain internal content libraries and ensure brand/message consistency
  • Provide administrative and project support for campaigns and content initiatives

Content & PR Coordinator Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related
  • 1-3 years marketing experience with proven ability to create various marketing content pieces
  • Strong written communication skills
