We are seeking rising college seniors who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree to join an exciting 10-week summer internship experience starting June 8th, 2026. As an early career professional, you will be part of a paid internship program that will include a robust learning and training curriculum, mentorship from employees in your selected field, access to senior leaders, and more. As an intern, you will be assigned challenging projects based on the area of the business you will be supporting. In your role, you will have the opportunity to contribute and make a real impact.

Rising senior graduating in 2027
Ability to work out of our 1 WTC office on a hybrid basis (4x a week on site)

The Content Planning & Practices Intern will work closely with the Content Planning & Practices team and the wider Content Operations team on various initiatives supporting the company's integrated global content strategy.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Growth.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Growth and other key stakeholders to better operationalize integrated content planning systems and processes.
Support the development and execution of workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and trainings as part of the Integrated Training Program.
Assist in developing and implementing best practices and training for new content tools.
Work with key stakeholders to help improve and scale content sharing reporting.
Engage in the company's learning and training curriculum, culminating in a final "capstone" presentation.
Ideal Skills & Qualifications:
Rising senior graduating in 2027, relevant internship or education experience is a plus.
Highly-organized, independent multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage multiple projects.
Experience working with GSuite tools (Slides, Sheets and Sites) and database tools like Airtable and/or comfortable adapting to new tools and ways of working.
Ability to synthesize information into decks and/or reports.
Desire to work with teams across departments and markets.
Exceptional communication skills with an eye for detail.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills and organization expertise.
Hourly Pay: $25/hr
