Our website is a critical platform for enabling and supporting customers, while shaping consideration of Lloyds Banking Group, our brands, and products. Through the design and development of compelling site content that engages customers and maximises SEO and GEO reach, we aim to deliver experiences that exceed customer expectations.

What you'll be doing

This is a critical leadership role with responsibilities that include owning the forward-looking Public Website plan, translating business priorities into a sequenced backlog, and leading annual and quarterly planning cadences to deliver measurable impact.

The role involves publishing clear plans, managing dependencies and governance processes, and integrating best practices. Ability to develop strategic plans, influence across teams, prioritise effectively, and maintain transparency is vital. Previous experience in content planning and strategic development is key.

About us

Like the modern Britain we serve, we’re evolving. Investing billions in our people, data and tech to transform the way we meet the ever-changing needs of our 26 million customers. We’re growing with purpose. Join us on our journey and you will too…

What you’ll need!
  • Plan Ownership: Build and manage forward-looking plans for the Public Website, aligning priorities with team capacity.
  • Planning & Prioritisation: Develop and own transparent and robust cross-team prioritisation framework. Lead regular planning cadences, manage dependencies, and publish clear forward-looking roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Influence and coordinate across teams to deliver measurable impact and maintain transparency.
  • Control Environment: Own and facilitate the processes governing the Public Website risk and control environment. Ensuring site content is re-evaluated on a regular basis to ensure compliance and shape future-fit controls.
  • Governance & Approval Processes: Maintain robust governance to protect sprint capacity and uphold internal ways of working.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks to plan delivery and inform appropriate mitigation to uphold delivery assurance.
  • Analytical Rigor: Use data and insights to inform prioritisation and optimise content strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion agile ways of working and drive enhancements in planning processes.

And it’s why we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups.

We’re disability confident. So, if you’d like reasonable adjustments to be made to our recruitment processes, just let us know.

We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:
  • A generous pension contribution of up to 15%
  • An annual bonus award, subject to Group performance
  • Share schemes including free shares
  • Benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping
